The whole UI is garbage, and the most laughtable part, that this is their "reworked" UI. We also encourage you to share your thoughts over at our Forums, especially at the " Suggestions" section, where you can raise visibility and gain traction on discussions you would like our community to have.
We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention as your opinion, feedback, and preferences over how you wish the game to be are highly valuable to us. I understand your concern over the issue of disabling the Ads, and I assure you that our GM team is always happy to assist in such cases and bring more clarity into situations like these. I was instructed to post this here per a ticket request: Please give us the option to remove them. I personally have paid more than enough into this game to not have ads on my screen. The ads need to have an option introduced that removes them. Few people who play this game are unaware of the Pearl Shop or AoA. Let me tell you, I was getting my butt kicked in PvP like 2 nights ago, and everytime I died, right, I had the stupid AoA ad covering the bottom of my screen. They were disruptive enough to prompt me to post this suggestion after the unblockable AoA ads were introduced. The ads were annoying when they came out.
It'd be laughable if it wasn't so annoying. These are remniscient of mobile games' ads. Please, please, please allow us an option to stop seeing these ads. This one doesn't even have the option to remove it for the rest of the day. The first one that comes to mind is the "Arena of Arsha is Live!" advertisement. Though, lately there have been some that appear on every respawn and on every character login. Personally, in my opinion, even this is unacceptable. The PearlShop one is annoying but has an option to stop it for the rest of the day. Please give adventurers the ability to remove the ads that appear in the bottom right of the screen.
